Many people tend to be skeptical about shakeology, I know I was. I didn't understand how "The Healthiest Meal of The Day" could come in a cup. I basically thought it was too good to be true and also way to expensive. I tried researching it by looking at different reviews but their was a very broad range of views on it. I eventually came to the conclusion that I would only find my answer by trying it myself. I ordered a one time shipment of chocolate shakeology as a trial run.
I tried it as soon as it came. I took one sip and just let the flavor sink in. After a few moments I had a big smile on my face, it was so good!! I continued drinking it daily for a month to see how I felt. The month was great. After the first week I put in my order for Home Direct where they automatically ship it to you every month. Not only did I feel healthier drinking it, but it reduced my cravings for junk food. Normally I always need something sweet after a meal, but I didn't with shakeology. Typically if you are lacking nutrients your body will crave unhealthy food like chips or chocolate, because it knows its missing something but it is giving you false signals. My body recognized that I had all of the nutrients I needed so it didn't have to crave anything. Sometimes I would drink shakeology as a dessert. It honestly tastes like a Wendy's frosty. It was so simple all I did was put three ingredients in a blender; Shakeology, ice, milk, and then I had a healthy meal ready to go.

What is Shakeology?
Shakeology is not just a meal replacement shake or protein shake, it is way more than that. It is a shake filled with superfoods from all over the world, protein, and so many beneficial ingredients. Shakeology is made from whole foods which allows the body to recognize them more easily than those other protein shakes and meal replacement shakes made from isolates. It also comes in multiple flavors for everybody's liking (Including vegan).
Why Should I Use Shakeology?
The bottom line is that Americans are not eating enough nutrient dense foods. We tend to eat too much of food that has very little nutrients that will benefit us. I call shakeology my daily dose of dense nutrition. Shakeology can help you to reduce cravings, increase energy, lose weight, and improve digestion. It will leave you completely satisfied. Shakeology has the potential to help you live a healthier life and can help you reach your goals.

Since Shakeology is not your average shake it has a higher value. It may seem like a lot up front, but if you break it down each serving comes to about $4. That is pretty cheap for one meal that is so nutrient dense. You can actually save money by using shakeology in the long run by replacing it for all of your fast food stops. Shakeology is actually faster than fast food and is for sure a lot healthier.
